Just got back from an awesome stay at this place, which is pretty new. the rooms were super clean and comfy. They even have a restaurant on-site called Plaza 🍽️.

The room we had included television, iron/ironing board, and a work desk. The stay itself was amazing, the staff was kind and available.

This place has everything you need for a great stay. They serve a delicious breakfast with lots of options. the pool is nice and there is parking available on-site. They offer free wake up calls and even ironing services. They really go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable here. 👍

I spent my Xmas vacations at this hotel and I must say I had a great time. The rooms were cozy and provided all the necessary amenities. The location was key, as it was close to the mall and other entertainment centers. , the staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. They even provided us with delicious Xmas dinner!

It seemed like anyone could enter the hotel premises without proper authorization. some of the staff members, particularly those at the counter, were not very helpful and accommodating.

Nothing it was perfect.

This luxurious hotel fulfilled all of my exclusive amenities needs. the Spa & Wellness Centre was remarkable. the heated outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were both relaxing and luxurious. I enjoyed a full body massage in the spa lounge, and also had access to the shallow end and sun loungers in the garden area. the lobby bar had a great selection of drinks, including espresso.

The only minor issue I experienced here was the location. It was a bit far from the downtown area, which made it difficult to explore the city.

Our stay at Galeria Plaza was fantastic. The hotel is beautifully designed with attention to every detail. The amenities provided were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the complimentary Wi-Fi. The location was convenient for both city activities and highway access. I highly recommend this hotel.
